Privacy policy
Effective from 5 October 2026
1. General provisions
This policy describes what personal data the agbg web studio (the “operator”) receives through this website, why it is processed and how it is protected. The policy is drawn up in accordance with applicable data protection law: Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and, for visitors from the European Union and the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The operator processes only the data that a visitor submits through the request form. The operator does not collect data from public sources or from third parties.
2. Operator and contact
The operator is the agbg web studio. Send questions about personal data processing, requests and withdrawals of consent to info@agbg.agency.
3. What data is processed
Through the request form a visitor submits:
- name — how to address the visitor (required);
- phone number or email address — to reply to the request (required);
- company name (optional);
- a message about the task (optional).
In addition, the server automatically records technical logs when the website is accessed: IP address, request time and browser information. They are used to diagnose failures and prevent abuse, are not linked to the content of requests and are not used to identify visitors.
4. Purpose of processing
Form data is processed for a single purpose: to contact the visitor, discuss the task and offer terms of work. The data is not used for mailings or advertising and is not passed to marketing services.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on the visitor’s consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR; clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The visitor gives consent by submitting the form, as stated next to the submit button, and may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
6. How and to whom data is transferred
A submitted request is delivered to the operator’s work chat in the Telegram messenger. This means the content of the request is transferred to the servers of the company that operates the messenger, which may be located outside the visitor’s country.
The website is hosted on the Vercel platform, so technical access logs are generated on its servers, which may also be located outside the visitor’s country. Data is not transferred to anyone else, except where expressly required by law.
7. Processing and retention period
Data is kept while the task is being discussed and the project is in progress, and after that until the purpose of processing is achieved or consent is withdrawn. The data is then deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
8. Visitor rights
A visitor has the right to:
- receive information about the processing of their data and a copy of it;
- request that the data be corrected if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
- request that the data be deleted or its processing restricted;
- receive the data they provided in a structured, commonly used format;
- withdraw consent to processing at any time;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Russia, Roskomnadzor; in the EU and EEA, the supervisory authority of their country of residence — or go to court.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@agbg.agency. The operator replies within the period set by law.
9. Data protection
The website transmits requests over the secure HTTPS protocol. Only the operator’s staff who need the requests to handle them have access. The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to keep the data from unauthorised access, destruction or alteration.
10. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies and does not include web analytics or advertising trackers. Visitor actions on the pages are not tracked.
11. Changes to the policy
The operator may change this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
